Our founder, Naomi, saw firsthand how difficult it can be for people, especially women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and people with disabilities, to find safe, fair, and empowering work environments. The cleaning industry was full of opportunities, but too often, it lacked the structure and support to make those opportunities sustainable or uplifting.

 

So, we set out to change that.

 

RayLeen Clean began as a small, community-rooted business with a big goal: offering high-quality cleaning services while creating a genuinely inclusive workplace. A place where people could gain real work experience, build confidence, and earn a fair wage—all while being part of a team that truly values who they are.
